The Transfer Board is designed to assist in the safe transfer of patients between different surfaces, such as a wheelchair, car, chair, or bed, without causing strain to either the patient or the carer. Made from polished and chamfered laminated plywood, it slides smoothly under the patient to facilitate transfers. The model with hand holes offers enhanced maneuverability. Please note, this board is not intended for use as a lifting device.
